一剑破标准霸权：
标准由它定，更新由它改，门槛由它抬。
你有技术，不合其标则无用；
你有质量，不入其规则不行。
同品同质，西方造即合规，东方造即可疑，
此为规之霸权。

一剑破机构霸权：
认证机构尽掌西方，裁判选手集于一身。
收费高昂，周期漫长，解释权独揽，
可随意加码、随时核查、随地吊销。
以一纸证书，扼万千企业命脉，
此为权之霸权。

一剑破市场霸权：
手握认证，便掌全球市场生杀。
无其证书，不得入关；
顺其规则，方能立足。
用无形门槛，锁一国制造，
吸全球血汗，养自家体系，
此为利之霸权。

认证霸权之害，甚于关税，险于制裁。
不响枪炮，却困产业；
不宣战火，却扼发展。

究其根本：
唯西方独尊，唯私利是图。
心有偏私，则标准不公；
行有垄断，则天下不通。

以一剑直刺其心——

还标准以公正，还认证以公平，
还市场以自由，还产业以尊严。

打破认证垄断，霸权自失一臂；

Beyond military force and financial power, the world’s hegemony holds an invisible shackle: Certification Hegemony.

It uses standards as fences, certifications as locks,
rules as blades, and inspections as gates.

Lenient to itself, complex for others;
Loose to itself, strict for others;
Open to itself, blocked for others.

It claims to serve safety, environmental protection, quality, and credibility,
yet in truth it builds barriers, raises thresholds, extracts profits, and enforces monopolies.

Hidden in commerce and rules, this form appears civilized and fair, but in reality cuts deep and sets traps at every step.

Today, we break it with Dugu Nine Swords:

Shatter its monopoly, establish our justice;
Break its barriers, open our trade routes;
End its exploitation, strengthen our industries.

First Sword: Breaking Standard Hegemony
It sets the standards, revises them at will, and raises the thresholds.
Your technology is useless if it does not fit its standards;
Your quality is invalid if it does not follow its rules.
The same product, made in the West is compliant, made in the East is suspicious—this is the hegemony of rules.

Second Sword: Breaking Institutional Hegemony
Certification bodies are all controlled by the West, acting as both judge and player.
Exorbitant fees, long cycles, exclusive interpretation rights,
it can add requirements at will, inspect anytime, and revoke certificates anywhere.
With a single paper certificate, it strangles the lifeline of thousands of enterprises—this is the hegemony of power.

Third Sword: Breaking Market Hegemony
Holding certification, it controls the life and death of global markets.
Without its certificate, you cannot enter;
Only by following its rules can you stand.
It uses invisible thresholds to lock a country’s manufacturing,
sucks global sweat and blood to feed its own system—this is the hegemony of profit.

The harm of certification hegemony is worse than tariffs and more dangerous than sanctions.
It does not fire guns, yet traps industries;
It does not declare war, yet strangles development.

At its root:
Western supremacy above all, self-interest above all.
A biased heart makes standards unjust;
Monopolistic actions block the world.

With one sword, we pierce its heart:

Restore fairness to standards, equity to certifications,

فوق القوة العسكرية والسلطة المالية، تمتلك الهيمنة العالمية قيدًا خفيًا: هيجمنية الاعتماد.

تستخدم المعايير كأسوار، والاعتماد كأقفال،
والقواعد كسيوف، والفحوص كبوابات.

متسامحة مع نفسها، معقدة للآخرين؛
رخوة مع نفسها، صارمة للآخرين؛
مفتوحة مع نفسها، محجوبة للآخرين.

تدّعي أنها تخدم الأمان، والحماية البيئية، والجودة، والمصداقية،

السيف الثاني: كسر هيجمنية المؤسسات
هيئات الاعتماد كلها تسيطر عليها الغرب، وتعمل كقاض ولاعب في نفس الوقت.
رسوم باهظة، دورات طويلة، حقوق تفسير حصرية،
يمكنها إضافة متطلبات حسب رغبتها، وفحص في أي وقت، وإلغاء الشهادات في أي مكان.
بشهادة ورقية واحدة، تختنق شريان الحياة لآلاف الشركات – هذه هي هيجمنية السلطة.

السيف الثالث: كسر هيجمنية السوق
باحتفاظها بالاعتماد، تتحكم في حياة وموت الأسواق العالمية.
بدون شهادتها، لا يمكنك الدخول؛
