His name would put me off, I'm a James Martin fan, he's nice and cuddly and from Yorkshire. Two of my favourite things to be found in a man.

OK, Bruce, I know him. Very lovely Egyptian gentleman. Came from the US to do a cooking show here in Dubai.

How do you know him? Where in Dubai is he based? How can one get tickets to his shows? Does he do any sort of training?

Do know about tickets or training. His show (in Arabic) is on a channel called Fetafeat. As to how I know him, that is irrelevant.
