Anyone know where I can find a good lawer for some personal litigation?

My wife was trying to take our kids for a holiday and she got detained at the airport accused of defaulting on a debt - we lost a nights sleep trying to get her out of legal custody, spend a full day queuing to see one buracrat after another trying to get her passport back and I'm 9000AED out of pocket.

A while back we rented a car which broke down and the rental place demanded we pay 15000 AED to fix it which we declined. Turns out, unknown to us, they filed a complaint with the police, not mentioning the engine breakdown, but claiming we had he car for 3 months instead of 2 weeks.

I would like to make the individual responsible for this pay.
