where to buy fancy frocks for one yr old twins for their first birthday

few places:
- toys r us store at festival city sells some costumes.
- party super store near welcare hospital/aviation club (garhoud) sells all party stuffs including costumes.
- costumes rental shop on dhiyafah road (satwa).

Do you mean a costume or beautiful dresses for them to wear to their party? I think Monsoon (MOE) had really beautiful little girl dresses before. I don't know if they still stock them. They are a bit pricey, but beautiful! Some are silk etc.
