Where can we hire helicopters in Dubai and is it convenient to spread leaflets for advertising purposes up in the air?

It will be next to impossible, to do your own advertising by hiring your own heli. You would be needing permits from all the relevant authorities DM, DCA etc. Not to mention, the time delays and other costs involved if you get my drift.
