I think you get that email address when you signup for an internet connection, i remember gettin one when i signed up for 56k connection, didnt get any when signing up for DSL, maybe we should call and ask..

Yes, you only get email at emirates.net.ae (or at eim.ae - they are both valid) when you sign up with an internet connection. I have DSL and email address, so don't know how you missed out.
