for me it would be music or driving somewhere out town change of scenery always helps.

if that does not work talk with my closes friend. What they say a problem shared is a problem halved :wink:

Find something new to do that's gonna take a lot of focus and concentration. Like a new sport. Bleak, maybe you need a change from paintball? Have you tried skiing? Brilliant, dude!

Well I play the guitar, watch animes, listen to music and get lost in it or maybe sleep to get my mind of something or someone. Even sometimes play table tennis.
