Etisalat internet customer service line is FRUSTRATING.
Its like a challenge, person with the highest patience gets help.

first of all if you call like 20 times at 8006100, it says the number is busy

if you make it, then you have to wait upto 20 mins for a customer service agent to answer.

btw does anybody notice anything different on the internet,
Dns errors, slow, im seeing this alot today

Things are also slower, actually i call it dull internet, website loads but never shows up, or doesnt load at all like it doesnt exist.
I dont know what they do with billions of dirhams. maybe they hide it in the big ball on the towers.
