I guess BMW still haven't brought over the Mini One. They did say they will bring it over later.

Beware of the Mazda dealership in Dubai. Very incompetent people.

I don't no much about the gulf aspect of owning one, but I know the car itself is a lot of fun, they are also very reliable from my experience (there are a lot of them on the European roads). I had one in the UK for about two months (the Cooper S) when I first got in the car I thought 'what a horri...

I only got one because MEBank's debit card does not work online. Now I use the credit card simply because I did pay an annual fee for it, and I collect miniscule MePoints for fun.

dxbsoul is right, you are supposed to finish off all loans before you leave the country (since there is the theoretical possibility that you will not return). Or they will catch you at the airport.

The RTA stop in Sharjah is at Rolla, near the "UAE Exchange" (which seems to be a landmark). Buses leave from opposite LuLu Karama, and I think Ghubaiba station and Deira Taxi Stand too? But from Sharjah, it only goes back to Ghubaiba.

Fast track is for people who have paid and got themselves an e-card, great value for money, straight through and no lines.

In fact, expats should be shouting locals drinks at the bar for being so accomodating. It's good that you enjoy your high-paying E...
