Swimming was a classic answer. Other ones: - Motor biking - Walking - Running - Cycling - Canoing - There is an oil/diesel tanker that goes back and forth from Ras Al Khaimeh every 9 days. Yes it has been closed down for about two years now. My friend is heartbroken about it, but I am fine. I remember the days when it first opened in 1999 (I forgot its name then), and it was a happening club. The only problem was distance, especially after drinking.
