Yes we have got the approval from ministry....we are doing production for TV ...

Approval from the ministry doesn't mean that much.

I mean, what is your company name, do YOU have a portfolio of work to show potential artists/clients. Who have you done work for - show examples etc etc.

Personal email is not good enough.
