We are looking for a passionate web developer with the following skills:
* Passionate about open source software movement
* Experience with open source softwares, specificly open source CMS applications
* Experience in web programming and database design (PHP, MySQL and HTML)
* Experience in web graphic design, specially CSS layouts (Photoshop or fireworks skills required)
* Understanding of Search Engine Optimization
* Understanding of Search Engine Friendly Technologies
* Experience in Flash animations is an Advantage but not a must
