Looking for a job in PR or event officer

Hello, I am from Bosnia, professor of arabic language and literature, but I am not fluent in arabic (I didn't have enough practice in my country). I have more than 6 years experience in media (journalist and producent), including bosnian TV and Al Jazeera. Next year I am going to join my boyfriend in Dubai, but I need job. Can I make any step to employers by internet first?
