Job Title – Customer Service Advisor

Location - Work from Home in the UAE
Type – Full time
Working days a week - Any 6 days a week, on Holidays / Friday & Saturdays) / in all shifts, as per department requirements.
Working Hours a day - 9 hours (includes 1 hour break)
Salary – Monthly AED 3300 up to AED 500 earning potential per month (on performance basis) / Benefits - Standard as per UAE law.
• Receive in-bound calls from customers, prospects and non-customers while maintaining established standards for number of calls, pick-up time, duration of call and quality of call.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
0-2 years' customer service experience, preferably telephonic.
Bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.
Can join immediately (preferably within 1-2 weeks on offer agreement).
Our clients prefer to operate in a 24/7 business environment and to support them we need candidates who are open to work as required above.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent use of PC, must be good at MS Excel formulas.
Cheerful personality, always with a smile.
Empathetic, patient and courteous in approach.
Results driven, enthusiastic, attention to detail and dependable.
Open to work - 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (On Holidays / Friday & Saturdays) / in all shifts, as per department requirements.
