can someone please tell me about a good software to convert my MP3 from 256 kbits/s to 192 kbits/s

please recommend a free software :D

use the nero wave editor that comes along with nero..or try nch switch

not totally free only a screen that comes up infront..rest everything works..google it man u will find many
