I am suffering from IBS with excessive flatulence which is very embarrassing situation for me and living miserable life because of it. I have seen on the internet that there are flatulence filtering underwear now available like my shreddie s and fl at d . can I find these underwear or anything like it in UAE? I have asked at so many pharmacies but was not able to find it. I have tried gluten free diet , avoid gassy foods etc etc but nothing worked for me. and yes I know I can order it online but I want it urgent. Or any thing which helps me temporary so I can join any special event etc confidently.
