Is it possible to get mood stabilizers (for Bipolar Disorder) and ADD medicine? Or do I just need to get a prescription? If so, is there some sort of free clinic or something where I can get a diagnosis?

Sorry for bumping my own thread, but I really need to know if Lithim based drugs, or olanzapine based drugs are legal here. I searched on Google but it didn't seem to help.

Also, a more medical than legal question: Can anti-depressants be taken with Mood stabilizers?
