Hi all
Can anyone advise me - I have worked for my company for 2 and half years and have just received a letter of termination - I didnt have any warnings ( Verbal or written) and the reasons for dismissal are not listed in article 120 of UAE labour law. Could anyone advise if i should get my severance ( it was a limited contract ending End of Sep 2013) or whether i am entitled to pay for the duration of my contract?
