This is may be a new situation and I could not find a previous case even in google.

What if the land lord does not collect the rent for a shop and does not provide a notice for renewal.
Other agents come in to "act" like they are the representatives when they are now.
What is the amount of rent which should be paid according to UAE law when the real land lord is found via RERA.

Remember : Make sure you check all original papers before signing checks to anyone.

Did check the rera index.
According to that the rent should not increase.
