I am Haranath from India my father stays in West Indies and my Daddy's friend is staying in Dubai and he is citizen and he told that he will send the visa to me and u come over there and find the job for myself.so please help what kind of visa he will giving to me and how much time does it last long and how may days it takes to process

Why don't you ask the guy what kind of visa he will get you? It would have to be a visitors visa, no idea how log for, depends on the circumstances. You'd have to ask him.

Type: Probably a visit visa.
Validity: 60 days before entry, 30 days stay, not renewable.
Cost: 500 dhs (I think).

You could also look at getting a tourist visa for Dubai. Cheaper (110 or 220 dhs) and renewable once.
