Hi
I have a question , one of my friends previous company has lodged a labor case against him for joining the competition. Court date is falling next month but he has to travel to some place on a business trip before that .
My questions is - Since its not a criminal case and he is not a defaulter in UAE , will he still be able to travel and rerun and appear before the court
or labor case comes with immigration and travel ban till the time case is closed
