HI, CAN SOMEONE HELP!FEW DAYS BACK I GOT OFFER FRM A COMPNY IN DUBAI, I SIGNED OFFER LETTER AND SENT BACK WITH SOME CERTIFICATES AND PASSPOST COPY.THEY HAVE APPLIED FOR MY VISA THOUGH I DID NOT RECEIVE YET.NOW I GOT ANOTHER GOOD OFFER I AM INTERESTED TO JOIN.SHALL I BE REQUIRING NOC FROM PREVIOUS COMPANY THOUGH NOT GET THE VISA TILL.CURRENTLY I AM IN INDIA AND AN ENGINEER.

The employment visa is probably for you to enter the country, not a work permit - for which your original passport needs to be submitted. I don't think you need an NOC to back out of the job at this stage. It would be considerate to inform them though. If you sent original certificates, they may not be in a hurry to send them back.
