I need some advice on the following problem. My wife and I have a 4 year old son and a failing marriage. She recently went home on vacation, I was to join her 3 weeks later. We have since argued and she is threatening not to return and that "I will never see my son again". We were married in the UAE, we are expats from different countries and my son was born here. My son travels on my countries passport and citizenship. He is not a passport holder of my wife's country. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Divorce is inevitable, but I can only hope she can not legally kidnap my child and prevent me from seeing him. Thank you.
