Lets make a list of things that are exclusive here in Dubai :lol: . It makes it easy to exclude thats Dubai is nothing more than a hype! :shock:

-Inflation
-real estate
-crude oil exchange
-stock market
-the rest is just pocket money for the lil ppl...

The fact that you can walk outside and feel safe and not worry about a 13 year old waving a knife at you.

The weather is much better than London. the quality of life (yes you do have to have money, but thats everywhere)....

Obviously its a new country but at the same time its very clean.

The food seems to be a lot healthier.....
