Greetings!
I have discussion recently about sheesha smoking. So now I'd like to clarify something:

How much time takes one sheesha without smoking coil?
May be it 20 minutes only with flavour smell and smoking more is nothing but dangerous for health?
(As we know it depends on tobacco head's wide and deep, so
we could consider wide head, usually use in Dubai restoraunts, as normal)

ps: before that i believed that smoking 60-120 min for one sheesha is ok, as many sitting around does the same.

No matter how long you smoke sheesha. Anyway it harms you, because you breath in hot smoke makes your throat burns. Also you smoke harmful pitch and your brains has lack of oxygen.

You want to say it's equal to cigarrets?

Id say smoking sheesha is probably about as damaging as cigarettes on a equal time scale.. so 1hour sheesha session would be like smoking 12, 5min cigs.

In other words I wouldnt recommend making a habit of it.

It's worse than smokign cigarettes.

Sheesha may be dangerous but it's not as addictive as sigarettes. I smoke sheesha few times a week and don't feel as bad as I did when smoking sigarretes.
