First one kept them for a month without visa, without payment, without contract....just gave them a chance to sell something. They didn't sell anything in a month so they just kicked them out.
Second company was more serious. They asked them to bring 7 000 AED each for their visa and they made them visa, but no salary or anything. Free work.
They didn't sell anything and out. But they didn't get their OWN money that they gave for visas back!!
Now they are in a third company for a month already, their visa was under process already like 3 weeks, just to say that guy didn't apply until before yesterday for one, and for other one will apply sometime later. No salary of course. All what they worked is for free. Nobody is paying anything. You sell something and get yourself a salary.
That you are traveling and spending on petrol and parking tickets nobody cares.
I don't know who allowed them to do like this. My kids are not only young people having this fate. All other freshers are in the same boat. People keep them for a month and then they can go, they never get visa (unless they pay for it). This should be a crime and we shall have a place to report this. Why this can happen in this country???
By the law companies are obliged to pay for visas, but because they do not sign agreements for a month they just discharge students. I hope that Allah discharge owners however He wants!

They are just spending, spending...and we are still just borrowing and borrowing as there is no way to live here without money. If you are not having money nobody even gives you a chance to work. if you can pay for yourself you can get a chance to work for free and sell something. If you sell you get it, if not then you wasted your time. People are just walking from one Real Estate to another until they sell something and then owners keep them and pay visas from their earnings.Somebody seriously needs to go to the jail. Fu*k all cheaters in UAE, whoever they are. May they die.
