Gym is no moving to fast as i hope it would....I noticed my body aint growing or how u call it...buffing up as fast as i hope it wud....maybe this is how big it gets??????

Coz i had this guy tell me once you reach a limit in size it doesnt get bigger......

true if it reaches a limit it wouldnt grow ahead, but there are artificial ways of doing it and i am sure u wouldnt be interested in that .

man ur atleast at that stage i got rid of one dubai stone am halfway through the other then the process starts so its intense cardio and bit of machines for me right now

Galactico...Ive been gyming for 3 years and a few months now.

I originally was 74....jumped 14 kilos in 3 months....I mean...i dont think i can really gain more that fast anymore....just have to be patient and exercise moderatly and consistantly...im 95 now.

You right it's better to pace yourself otherwise by gaining too fast you would lose it quick .
