Please can anyone suggest a place in UAE where Sunroofs are made aftermarket, estimates also if available, thanks

I remember a time when you used to be able to buy aftermarket sunroofs in K Mart. That was a long time ago now.

There was a time when any mechanic or body shop would just cut open the roof of a car and drop in a sunroof. In these days of corporate insurance and litigation, I'm surprised anyone still manufactures these things.

Well look what I just found - try ww.amazon.com - there's lots. You can get one shipped here, but good luck finding a mechanic brave enough to cut a hole that big in the roof of a car. The mechanics here are ok at putting a car back the way it was manufactured, but they're really scared of doing modifications in case it doesn't quite work out.
