If any one can help and provide information about where I can find a workshop that clean/polish faded headlights, meaning to clean and restore to the original shape.

Many washing centers advised that they can handle this but 50%, which is nothing and may that they damage the headlights lens.

There is one workshop that I know it is here in Dubai as I have seen their add some where showing pictures of their work before and after.

My car is Camaro 1998 and the Chevrolet Dealers (Liberty and Al Yousef Motors) told me that they need to order the headlight from USA that would take around 30days to be delivered and I am traveling on the 20th of Sept. i don't have time.

I saw that ad too somewhere. In either AutoTrader or AutoMart mags. Try buying those.
