I am depressed too. Many people say that the races are telecast on Jazeera sports. I tried tuning into them but could not see anything. Or mebbe i was looking at some other channels.

Actually, we went to Fibber's on Saturday to watch the motoGP. They changed the channel for us (I think it was Al Jazeera) and we got to watch the 250's & Motogp races. Then promptly at 5.30pm, they switched it back to the rugby! At least they let us watch it....

The sunday races will be a pain, we ended up signing up to the live broadcast on motogp.com instead...

Not really fun to watch on the PC....would have to find a way to watch the live races once I get to Dubai.

From anywhere, get a high speed internet connection, watch FREE live streaming media using one of these programs TVants, Sopcast, PPStream, etc. Then Google for the websites which provides the program/channel list, for example this site for soccer and this one for F1. Also NBA, NHL, NFL, tennis, cricket, boxing, etc. More sites: here, here

Prefer to watch on TV, simply hook your PC/laptop to it (requires proper cabling like HDMI/S-video/RCA or use media streaming box).

Which jazeera channel did u try?.. Jazeera sports 1 or 2?.. It can be either one depending on the schedule. I missed Qatar GP last week but I saw qualifying round the day before on Jazeera sports 1 if not mistaken.

Both, but it so turns out that we dont have subscription to those channels. I was always under the impression that they are free-to-air channels. e-vision blanks them out, will need to find out what it takes to see them. cheats!

Jazeera Sports (1, 2, +1, +2) channels are a-la-carte on e-Vision. Add 8 AED to your existing subscription.
