i bought a used car from a dealer in auto market.
when i test drive the car, i experienced some vibrations and noise when accelerating, which they had it fixed.
within the 2 weeks period that im using it, the engine is is having a start (it's taking a while for the engine to start)
i took it to the dealer then they had the fuel filter changed, but they charged me 500dhs for the repair. i didnt want to pay them because i didn't expect to be paying for the repair of the car within the first 2 weeks of using it. they said i took the car in good and running condition that's why they will never pay for the cost anymore. i paid them anyway.
with the first month, the car vibration is back and is now constantly happening during acceleration, i can also hear noise everytime i press the accelerator. i didnt have time to get back to the dealer that time because i went on vacation for a month after that.
The car is financed and my first payment is going to happen next month (february).
can i return the car to the dealer if they refuse to pay for the repair?
direct debit is already arrange to take place on the 1st of Feb.
can anyone help me on this topic.
