Minimum 3 months stay. Quarterly rent (i.e. 3 months at a time) will be @ AED5750/month. I may work out a bi-monthly rent for the right tenant. I am looking for someone who will take care of the apartment & can appreciate that its a family building. There is a refundable deposit of AED2000.

Rent: AED68000 per annum if paid in two cheques. Of course DEWA is seperate. No commission and no additional tax payable.

Hi there. Is this apartment still available (doubt it but thought I'd check). Will need an apartment an a year long lease, starting 1 August, 2007. We're a couple, no kids. Where exactly is the apartment located?
