Looking For A Studio Or 1 BR Close To DIC

Looking for a studio or 1 BR close to DIC Feb 23, 2008
I would soon be moving to Dubai. My work place is in DIC.

My budget is 60,000 ~ 70,000 Dhs p.a.

I am interested in renting a studio apartment with car parking close to DIC.

If my budget is less for areas close to DIC, I would like to know if I can get studio with car park in Karama area.
