Diploma authentication

Hi I was just wondering if my diploma and transcript have already been authenticated( red ribboned) and stamped by the UAE embassy in the Philippines , do I still have to get my credentials certified again in the Philippine Consulate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in dubai. This is actually for my working visa.
