My husband and I will be moving to Dubai next month. As I will be shipping my furniture just before I leave Egypt, therefore I will be looking for a furnished one-bedroom apartment, or a studio to be paid month by month until my furniture shows up and I get a non-furnished apartment.

My office will be near Sheikh Zayed's 1st Interchange, so I will be looking for a place nearby to avoid long commutes.
But if this is not practical, please let me know if you suggestions.

My budget is AED 5,000 per month for the studio/apartment, paid month by month.

Anyway,
I think it might be tight to find a one bedrom with that amount in SZR or AbuDhabi direction communities (opposite traffic direction) or Dubai marina. As the going rate for a one bedroom for a year is 60-65K So... 5k per month is tight, you might have a better chance with a studio but i doubt. Anyway, you might need to check Ads in www.gulfnews.com in classifieds.

You might find Studio in Barsha (behind Emirates mall) with that amount, but you gotta be lucky
