Looking for jobs in property/real estate

hello its my first post here and so far i have found this site quiet usefull so good work. now i am currently in London UK and am looking for a job in dubai in the real estate sector. i did apply to 2 ads but no replys. i want some advise on how to find a suiutable job and does anyone know what to expect in relation to salary?? many thanx
