It was sad seeing the poverty on the island with the kids standing on the side of the road selling fruit, fish, and beer.

We stayed at the Sandals resort in Ocho Rio. I highly recommend staying at the Sandals resort as it was beautiful. The food was excellent, the accomodations were nice, and we had our own private butler. Fully stocked bar in the room, room service 24 hrs a day, and you can take a cab to another Sandels resort close by and eat at any of the resteraunts.

The beaches were beautiful and the water was crystal clear. We only had a short rain shower one day and that was it. Everybody treated us like a King and Queen. We are definitely going back.

Oh, and the golf courses were nice too. Each time you play you have your own personal caddie. I shot 80 the first day and 77 the next in a 20 mph wind.

I highly recommend the curried goat, lobster tails, and fresh fruit.
