Hi There,
I a newbie and have read a lot in this forum. Hence rental prices soar and I wanted to know much a villa would cost me to rent now. It should be close to Jebel Ali, so I guess Garden, Green Community, Sports City or something in that perimeter would do and keep commuting time acceptable. Budget is around 200K. Any info on that one?

You won't get a 3/4 bed villa for that in those areas, plus all those areas would differ wildly in price anyway. You'd probably be looking more like 250k - 300k plus for that many rooms.
