STILL have to get endless pointless pieces of paper before you start
STILL going to be paying an exhorbitant fee

STILL have to do stupid tests a 4 year old could pass
STILL have to go through the test procedure with 4 other people in the car
STILL going to end up with a poor standard of driving skills

Toss a coin in the air...

Get a driving licence from another country, then its 100Dhs, 1 hour at the police station and they give you one of theirs. Much easier.
