Hi all

Ive been offered a couple of positions, my back ground is Operational Risk Management within Banking arena.

One of the offer is Saudi (Riyadl) for approx $117,000 (I think that includes the bonus). Is this a decent offer ?

The other role is for a company in Dubai which I am waiting for final figures.

Any help in negoitations ?
What should be included ? (I am married with a 7yr old son)

Are they offering any additional extras such as accomodation etc?

The accomodation was included as well as flights and bonus. The total package was $117k plus another $10k additional bonus (performance related)

Ive just gone back and upped it $150K

Im sure that once he recovers from the heart attack we'll see what happens
