Ok, but being serious, I know that Karam, Bur Dubai is the closest one, but is there a chance I can get anything for 70k?

Can anybody advice where should I look for a flat if I want it to be up to 30 minutes commute to Emirates Towers.

Is there any chance to get something decent (1 bedroom) for 90k AED in such area?
