I don't know dealbay but I'm unimpressed with souq.com's customer service. I've been trying to call them for two days regarding their payment process - No answer and nowhere to leave a message. It would be great to have an ebay equivalent in Dubai. If you could find out more please keep me posted.

Just leave (if you haven't done so already)
