Do you know anyone (from the 33 countries) who did a Visa run to Oman in the past few days or weeks? The reason I ask is because there is so much conflicting information. I have a 30 day visa which was given upon arrival, I am wondering if I can go to Oman and come back to get another 30 days hopefu...

They certainly have a long way to go but they are certainly ahead of other GCC countries. Multiply the above by 10 and you get Saudi Arabia.

Habib Bank Zurich is a Pakistani bank, which doesn't have more than a few branches (I've only seen one) in Dubai. I would totally suggest not to bank with them.
