Do NOT rent with Dollar Rent A Car. They do a lot of promises but had bad experiences myself and heard lot of similar stories from unwanted renewals up to crediting from creditcards without requests etcetera.

Thanks for the story. Looking around to replace my current rent-a-car company as they screwed me. Dollar Rent A Car is NOT a good replacement for this. Won't tire you with the full story but they are cheaters like GTR. Have heard lots of bad stories and got my own experience with it.
