Depends on where you're gettin' it from in the US. For example: If you're gettin' a US Spec car from the Mid/Northern states like IL, NY, MA, TN, MI, etc, cars there normally come with the COLD-PACKAGE. If you're gettin' it from one of those states, i'd say don't. But if you're gettin' a US Spec car...
