1= Why do u not apply in Dubai E-Government ? I think u have skills but just focus on IT implication on public sector instead of commercial sector.

2= I think u can find lot lot companies who are promoting e-commerce /e-business culture and solution in DBX .

3= In programming ,it ll be hard for u to compete bcause most companies outsource to Banglore india
