Hi, if you have an international licence, you can rent and drive a vehicle here provided you are on a visit visa. Driving a vehicle that is not a rental is an offence, but it is mostly the vehicle owner who bears the brunt.

When visiting them, look for a store opposite their shop, which has some interesting clothes also.

I am quite sure you will find it cheaper in India. Dubai still survives on an age-old reputation of being a shopper's paradise. Its now a shop-keeper's paradise..

hey, you already got a direct contact above, but apart from Musaffah, the one place I've seen in the city doing a decent job is in the Khalidiya gas station, the one just after the Jeep showroom. This is next to the oil change bay.
