I have a employment visa 22/8/2012 due to some family problem I have came to india in 15 th October 2012 after that I am not able to return back I wanted to cancel my visa.plz help me

You have continued stayed more than 6 months out side of UAE. Request your employer to cancel your visa. It is possible to cancel by your employer only.
