Hi my sister is overstaying for 20 days because of employment visa processing. She signed the job offer last Oct 22 and said by the company that her visa is still on processing. Is it Normal? she has the original copy of Job Offer Letter and the Receipt for the inside country cost.
What will she do because the days pass by and the penalty is going much higher. Thanks so Much
