About the topic-the post office does have forms you just fill out and Al Wasl Road has apparently empty boxes. Pick a good time to submit your form though-I have waited in line for an hour at that post office-efficiency isn't something they have mastered.

Its not exactly rocket science to run a set of clippers over your scalp... pales in comparison to 'strand by strand' and 'blow by blow' action.
